• Illegal activities

2. Eligibility

By using Meira, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering binding agreements.

3. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Harass or threaten Partners.
• Record meetings without consent.

Violation may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.

4. Bookings

• Experience duration, pricing, and availability may vary.
• Meira reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings for safety or operational reasons.
• Meira does not guarantee friendship, compatibility, relationships, or emotional outcomes.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways including Razorpay.

Users authorize Meira to charge applicable booking fees and taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meira shall not be liable for:

• Personal disputes between users and partners
• Indirect damages
• Emotional distress
• Third-party misconduct
• Losses arising from misuse of the Platform

7. Termination

Meira may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or applicable laws without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
